These will last from 1 - 3 hours and cost between £10 and £30, depending on skill level and materials provided. Indian hand Block Printing - £10
Fancy getting your fingers inky? All you are required to bring is your imagination! Fun and relaxing Indian Hand Block Printing is a great way to bring out the creativeness in you. So why not come and join Make your Mark - Crafts and Design for a great mini workshop, suitable for all abilities whether you have printed before or not. Practise block printing first, trying out different designs and colours, then print your own uniquely designed tote bag for life (adult mini workshop) or high quality canvas pencil cases (children mini workshop). All materials, equipment and tuition provided.

Bead Krazi - Brick Stitch earrings
This beading workshop from Bead-Krazi is great for beginners and established beaders who wish to learn a new technique. In this 2 hour workshop you will make a pair of earrings in custom colours. The cost includes a full kit with instructions and you will learn bead weaving basics, brick stitch including shaping technique and how to complete the earrings.

Yvonne Pratt Textiles - Mini textile art piece
This is an introductory workshop to explore the world of mixed media textile art. Using a prepared template to form the backdrop, you will learn how to build up layers of textured,hand dyed fabrics. You will then be shown a simple method of applique with a choice of pre-made hare, bee or bird templates.
In this workshop you will learn useful hand embroidery stitches and stitching on embellishments for detail. You will finish by learning how to mount your piece on canvas for display. To start you on your way to becoming a budding textile artist Yvonne will provide you with tips and templates to carry on your new hobby at home.

In this 90 minute workshop you will be provided with a series of templates and the coloured paper of your choice. You will receive full instruction in how to construct a paper flower including how to form and shape it to create a 3d masterpiece. Following this workshop you will be given a series of templates to continue your new hobby at home.

In this 90 minute quilling workshop Hannah will guide you through the process to make one complete card. Who doesn't love a lovely fluffy pom pom? In this 60 minute workshop you will make a colourful yarn charm that can be used to adorn bags, door handles, curtain poles and so much more. You will learn how to use a pom pom maker, how to tie a tassel and how to trim them to perfection. There will also be time to learn some basic macrame knots to finish off your charm like a pro.

Creative Ironwork are a creative duo offering both ironwork and basket weaving to decorate your home. Over the course of the weekend you will be able to see a demonstration of full size basket weaving as well as having the opportunity to take part in an introductory course, making your own pencil pot.
